Served as an officer of the company for 18 years during a period of dramatic change in the telecommunications industry. During that period AT&T went from an internally focused domestic monopoly to an aggressive global competitor. Served as senior AT&T executive in the Central Region of the United States from 1984 to 1994. Sergesketter & Associates Inc., 1994-Present Founded marketing and sales consulting firm focused on improving clients’ revenue streams. Leads team of marketing professionals to provide services that meet companies' strategic growth objectives. As an acknowledged expert in the field of quality, served as Chairman of the Panel of Judges for the Lincoln Award for Business Excellence. |
