A study by Bain & Co. determined that increasing customer retention by 5% can increase profits by 25%.  By focusing on the voice of the customer, SA methodology obtains unfiltered feedback directly from our clients'  customers, so our clients can identify which of their clients are "at risk," determine processes that require improvement, and obtain positive testimonials that can be used in their own new business development efforts.
