  Background: Neff works with educators to develop and deliver custom award recognition and spirit programs, to increase student involvement in the educational process of academics, activities and athletics.  Neff engaged S&A to assess its existing information systems and to recommend a systems and to recommend a systems plan to lead to higher growth and productivity.
 
 
  SA Deliverables:
  • Interviews with Neff executives, plant staff and sales field personnel.
  • Extraction and analysis of data from company's financial systems.
  • Development of systems prioritized to increase sales and lower expense-to-sales ratio.
  • Research on vendors. Vendor planning sessions to define architecture.
  • Specific implementation recommendations on vendors, timelines, overall cost-benefit analysis for project.
